We were waiting for an agent to finish talking with her friend so that she could attend to us. Obviously we left, there are no cars available for sale anyway :(

Y bueno, casi llevo 1 mes con esto, y aun no me devuelven nada. Que segun son politicas de la empresa el no hacer devoluciones, pero no lo tiene a la vista. Despues de insistir, me van a hacer el GRAN FAVOR de regresarme el dinero a la tarjeta con la que pague, porque segun ellos, dan vales por la cantidad para cuando "se te ofrezca" . Me piden copia del INE,. luego que segun necesitan comprobante de domicilio, y de caratula del banco. Ahora me hablan porque tengo que regresar (llevo 4 vueltas) porque la firma no coincide.
LLame a atencion a clientes con la srita. Rebeca, pero es lo mismo, ella no puede hacer nada. Le comente que llamaria a PROFECO y pues no les interesa. NO RECOMIENDO QUE COMPREN NADA DE REFACCIONES ahi porque no hacen devoluciones.
Lastima que los teléfonos no funcionan para poder cotizar refacciones sin la necesidad de ir o de esperar mucho tiempo. Asi se va a la segura y solo a recoger las refacciones.
I edit this review because I had to return part of what I had bought!! and remove stars.
And well, I've been with this for almost 1 month, and they still haven't returned anything to me. That according to the company's policies not to make returns, but it is not in sight. After insisting, they are going to do me the GREAT FAVOR of returning the money to the card with which I pay, because according to them, they give vouchers for the amount for when "it is offered to you". They ask me for a copy of the INE. then according to need proof of address, and cover of the bank. Now they talk to me because I have to go back (I've been 4 laps) because the signature doesn't match.
Call customer service with Miss. Rebeca, but it's the same, she can't do anything. I told him that I would call PROFECO and they are not interested. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY ANY SPARE PARTS there because they do not make returns.
Too bad the phones don't work so you can quote spare parts without having to go or wait a long time. So you go to the safe and only pick up the spare parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen tener muy buena calidad en los autos y refacciones y solitos se van desarmando si no es la facia solita se cayó o el botón del freno de mano o los elevadores se van para abajo de la codera o los tapones de los rines parecieran no enbonar y se salen solos y así poco a poco se desarman pensé que tenían mejor calidad pero no me salío mejor un Toyota
They say they have very good quality in the cars and spare parts and by themselves they are disarmed if it is not the facia alone that fell or the handbrake button or the elevators go down the elbow pad or the rim caps seem not to fit and they come out on their own and thus little by little they disarm I thought they had better quality but a Toyota did not turn out better
