Excelente lugar muy limpio

We purchased a male puppy in December 2019. In May 2020 we asked about the registration microchip and FCM papers. In October 2020 we were told that the registration chip had arrived. We set a date with the breeder to take our dog to their vet on 29 October but never came to our house and did not call or email to inform us. We have exchanged 33 emails attempting to secure the chip. The breeder continually promises to bring the chip to our house the next day but never arrives and has stopped responding to emails. Our dog developed a hip problem in May 2020 and required surgery. We have asked the breeder to provide a certificate that both parents are free from displasia. We received one FCM certificate for the father but not the mother. We did not ask the breeder to pay for surgery or provide a new puppy. The certificate was our only request. Please be very careful in dealing with this breeder and insist on a written guarantee and hip certificates for both parents. They are not reliable and are unresponsive to their obligations.
