★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very satisfied. It was not that busy and it took over 1 hour, but they did a fantastic job. All hand washed, and in my opinion it was a better job than I had in the states for twice the price. Take a book, find someone to talk to (I don't speak much Spanish, but I met Marco and we chatted on Google Translate, he was a pleasure to talk with), or just sit and watch them work.

Really poor service, short staffed, supervisor disinterested took 1 hour + to get car washed and cleaned. 2 'manager' ladies stopped by briefly to the management office in the client waiting room didn't acknowledge staff or clients and promptly left again. Wont be going back there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good job but takes too long. As we waited for our car we watched as the workers sprayed and wiped the same windows on the cars over and over. It seemed that they were trying to look busy. There seems to be someone overseeing quality at the end but no one seems to be pushing to get the cars out the door.
