I discovered this place on our honeymoon years ago and was mesmerized, and follow them on Instagram. They are so sweet and quick to respond to questions and provide helpful info about their products. They’ve gone out of their way to ship items quickly. I have nothing but happy praises to sing! Really beautiful, feminine pieces.

I discovered this boutique on Instagram and love everything they sell! Their customer service is amazing, I have had deliveries to my home in the United States and also my home in Mexico with no problem. I make sure I stop in every time I am in Tulum because it is one of the best boutiques in town. I recommend this place to everyone!

By far, the best Tulum Boutique! Definitely stop by this Tulum shop hidden in the jungle at Nest Tulum Hotel, so many pretty things! Gorgeous dresses, jewelry, shoes..and the service is great. Definitely my favorite Tulum store, and if you want unique style of Tulum clothing, this is the place.

SCAM ALERT!! Don’t buy from this place, they scam people and rip off tourists money! Very disappointing. I come here on Sunday night 2/27 and saw a nice piece of accessory, I speak to this woman named Rebecca ( who’s rude and very unhelpful), and she tells me the piece is $290, a bit overpriced but I really liked it so I try to ask if possible to bring the price down, very rudely she responds no ( understandable as I thought she was the designer and got offended about her piece!) I go back to my hotel and look up the website and find the exact same piece of accessory for $240!!! So I go back the next morning and find another girl ( very sweet) named Desire, she helps me try on the piece and she’s so helpful. I explain to her that I found the same piece for $240 and I can purchase it online and pick it up immediately, I ask her if it might be better to just sell it to me for that price but she says let me check ( few weird calls and weirder energy later ), she tells me oh sorry we made a mistake ( it seems like she Speke to Rebecca), And boom the price on the website is up to $290 from $250, SCAM! The girls is now apologizing and saying sorry, but can’t sell me the piece for less than $290 and that she’s not the owner. ( FYI many of the pieces including dresses are $50-80 cheaper online) Of course I walked out This isn’t really about the money this is about the concept, just because I am a tourist here you can’t rip off my money ( I work for my money harder than you can imagine). I asked the girl and she told me we are not the owners, and the owner is Francesca , so this is a message to the owner please ensure you are checking what’s happening in your stores, this is very upsetting and rude! I come to Tulum often and will make sure this review and story is shared with all my friends who visit!
