★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniela Olea es una ratera. No le compren nada a esta empresa. Los voy a demandar por no entregar mercancía completa , se roba el dinero y se esconde o te bloquea del WhatsApp o deja de contestar llamadas. Debe rentas de sus ex locales . La voy a demandar por robo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pesadilla, la entrega del teepee se tardo mes y medio, son diferentes los diseños a los que publican en las fotos de la pagina y la calidad es muy baja, la lampara que compre nunca funciono. En wappi teepees no hay quien responda mensajes ni llamadas. Tan pronto les pagas, se desentienden con el cliente y nos les importa enviar productos dañados.
A nightmare, the delivery of the teepee took a month and a half, the designs are different from those published in the photos on the page and the quality is very low, the lamp I bought never worked. In wappi teepees there is no one to answer messages or calls. As soon as you pay them, they disregard the customer and we care to send damaged products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estrella porque Google no me dejó poner cero estrellas!!! Después de varias citas canceladas para que me trajeran un teepee cuando por fin nos confirman la cita (en domingo 9am y aclarando siempre que por favor fuera a esa hora porque teníamos cosas que hacer). A las 11 nos marca el chofer para decirnos que le diéramos 40 minutos más porque apenas iba y lo esperamos. A las casi 1 de la tarde nos fuimos de nuestro domicilio porque ya no podíamos esperarlo más y a los 15 minutos (1.15pm) nos marca el chofer diciéndo que estaba en mi domicilio, después de 4 horas de estar esperándolo!!!!! Le dijimos que lo esperamos lo más posible pero que teníamos cosas que hacer y que ya no estábamos ahí. Corte a, nos manda quien supongo es la dueña una serie de mensajes de texto diciéndonos cosas horribles y súper grosera por no haber estado en la casa supongo sin saber que su chofer nos tuvo esperando por horas. Pésimo servicio pero sobretodo cero educación de esta persona que nos escribió solo para insultarnos siendo que ellos fueron los que no cumplieron. No pierdan su tiempo con ellos.
One star because Google didn't let me put zero stars !!! After several appointments canceled so that they would bring me a teepee when they finally confirmed the appointment (on Sunday 9am and always clarifying that please go at that time because we had things to do). At 11 o'clock the driver called us to tell us to give him 40 more minutes because he was barely going and we waited for him. At almost 1 in the afternoon we left our home because we could no longer wait for him and at 15 minutes (1.15pm) the driver called us saying he was at my home, after 4 hours of waiting for him !!!!! We told him that we waited for him as long as possible but that we had things to do and we were no longer there. Cut to, who I suppose is the owner sends us a series of text messages telling us horrible and super rude things for not having been in the house I suppose without knowing that her driver had us waiting for hours. Terrible service but above all zero education from this person who wrote to us only to insult us since they were the ones who did not comply. Don't waste your time with them.
