Solo te permiten hacer un solo movimiento, lo que me parece de lo más deficiente como empresa.
Si ya invertirse tiempo y dinero en venir a ponerte al día, lo lógico es que te atiendan.
Lo malo de los prestadores de servicio sindicalizados.
En lugar de mejorar empeoran.

Very good service in Agua y Drainaje de Monterrey I was attended by Mr. Gerardo Ibarra who very kindly indicated the paperwork that I had to deliver and in less than 10 minutes I was already outside. It is appreciated that these companies have trained personnel to clarify doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo en atención a clientes peor que en el seguro social. 0% en empatía con la persona les vale de dónde vienes, cuántas horas, dias llevas con tu trámite
Si van hacer aclaraciones o contrato nuevo vayan con tiempo porque como a las 11:30 ya no dan mas turnos y luego entras ni hay personas porque varios turnos se fueron pues con la atención que dan.
Paciencia yo llevo arreglando el cambio de giro y cambio de nombre desde el 8 de marzo y todavía no lo puedo arreglar

If you are going to make clarifications or a new contract, go early because at around 11:30 they no longer give shifts and then you go in and there are no people because several shifts left with the attention they give.
