Hay 24 sillas de espera y adicionalmente hay una cantidad igual de personas de pie. No hay estacionamiento y el acceso es en una entre calle. Es obvio que a los usuarios y alos trabajadores y a la autoridad nos interesa cuidar el agua. No obstante, el sistema de cobro es tímido para recibir pagos. En el sitio web solo reciben débito Bancomer, o tarjetas de crédito administradas por el mismo banco. Para impresión del recibo para pagar en tiendas no siempre se puede descargar. La entrega de recibos a domicilio es artesanal. Una persona por día para mil domicilios, por tanto el recibo de deja a la suerte del momento.
