The hostess, Paola,, immediately had an attitude when we walked in and was extremely rude to our group which was there to celebrate a birthday. Our reservation was made for 9:30 pm which ironically is the time they close the kitchen. Since we were waiting for 1 more member to arrive, she didn't want to seat us. She also claimed that we didn't have a reservation when we showed a confirmation receipt given by a manager. A manager, Daniel, came to help resolve the issue but ended up frustrating our group more. In my opinion, they didn't want us there from the moment we walked in. Needless to say, out hungry crew left the restaurant in disbelief and anger.
