Hice un pedido desde las 12 PM . Para que me lo tuvieran a las 4:00. PM
Les pedí a las 3:55 que me dijeran con honestidad si estaría listo, me dijeron que no, que hasta las 4:45!!!.
A esa hora, me mandan mensaje para decirme que no pueden surtir todo el pedido porque pedí cosas que son muy grandes, lo cual entendería perfecto si me lo hubieran hecho saber antes. No ya cuando de por sí están súper retrasados.
Además de esto, prepotentes y ni una disculpa.
Nunca más, WeGo.
Terrible service.
I placed an order from 12 PM. So they could have it for me at 4:00. P.M
I asked them at 3:55 to tell me honestly if it would be ready, they said no, until 4:45!
At that time, they send me a message to tell me that they cannot fill the entire order because I asked for things that are very large, which I would understand perfectly if they had let me know before. Not when they are already super late.
Besides this, pushy and not an apology.
