M	Michael Becker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is gorgeous but the staff ls pretty rude. Its also a pain to get your luggage to the hotel because of the party streets. The AC was broken so we were downgraded rooms. But I was not offered a discount. They are not doing much about the seaweed so the smell was intense. I would never stay here again.

In a very convenient location, everything is just a few steps away from the hotel, it has restaurant, room service, a small bar and pool in the Rooftop and there are some rooms with jacuzzi and there is a pharmacy right next door in case that you need. No microwave in the room but there's a small fridge.
D	Danichatz Travels (Danichatz) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here During our las visit in Playa del Carmen Mexico. We enjoyed our stay, we had nice ocean view room. The rooftop had this beautiful views of the sea. There was a little bar and a pool as well. Breakfast was included and it was good ? The hotel was OK, but the staff was not helpful and not attentive at all. Maybe they were new and they need to get some training for customer service. Now that we are checking some previous reviews we realized some other people had the same issue.
B	Boaty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place we were originally supposed to stay had bed bugs so we made a mad dash all over playa del carmen. We stayed here for one night while we figured out our plans for the rest of the week. This place was ultra clean. The shower was good. Room was nicely air conditioned, but the mini fridge was warm. There was water in the room. Felt like a Jetson's feel to it. Balcony didn't make us feel safe, but we didn't feel in danger. It was very loud outside but that certainly isn't the fault of the hotel. Great location. Breakfast was included but the water with breakfast wasn't. Overall, it was a nice place to crash given the long, awful day of travelling we had. I'd love to come back for a longer stay and party on the strip.

The deck 5 pool with bar has a DJ creating a great ambiance. Omar was a great hostess and speaks English perfectly. Give a lot of good recommendation around the area. IG- love_to_exist
L	LifeOfEbony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impeccable! Let’s first start with the location of the property…literally right on the beach and in walking distance of everything you’ll need while in Playa. Next, the customer service was amazing! Everything that I needed they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Omar especially was a great help with literally everything! Overall I was impressed and that rarely happens. I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Playa.
