★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mí opinión los concesionarios de Chevrolet han disminuido la calidad de los servicios. Ésta es la tercera agencia que visito y a pesar de que la atención es buena, por parte de los asesores, ya el vehículo muestra detalles que no hace la diferencia de lo que Chevrolet considera " servicio certificado".
Los precios de refacciones ya no son competitivos o ahora las autopartes permiten a las agencias un mayor beneficio económico, que tiene que absorber el cliente.
In my opinion, Chevrolet dealers have lowered the quality of services. This is the third agency that I visit and despite the fact that the attention is good, on the part of the advisors, the vehicle already shows details that do not make a difference from what Chevrolet considers "certified service".
The prices of spare parts are no longer competitive or now the auto parts allow the agencies a greater economic benefit, which the client has to absorb.
