[IRRESPONSABLE, MENTIROSA Y ESTAFADORA] Mi hermana la contrató para su boda, pagó el adelanto completo y ella, durante un mes y medio que trabajó, solo se dedicó a enviar links y screenshots de las páginas web en forma de cotización de los lugares. No contestaba correos ni mensajes por mucho tiempo. Cuando se decidió reportarla con la plataforma PayPal (por la cual habíamos dado el 100% del adelanto) mentía sobre todo lo que había hecho, en fin fue un ROBO. OJO: las fotos que muestra no son de ella sino de otras organizadoras. Actualmente estamos trabajando con una de ellas, de las cuales roba fotos.

Estafa total. Lit no es que te ponga o te ofrezca lo peor, si no que literal te estafa, TE ROBA EL DINERO.

Ya hay muchas personas a las que les a robado tengan cuidado chicas lean las opiniones en tik tok y en las noticias salio esta chica que le robo como 6 novias

[She has changed the business name from Go Diva Weddings to Weddings in Mexico Riviera Maya on Google - Dec. 2020] By far one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered from any “business” (if Go Diva even qualifies for that term. Please don’t fall for her false advertising & website like we did. This is a scam, plain & simple. Gisela was fine at first but as soon as we signed the contract and paid the FULL amount of her services she completely ghosted us and her communication became extremely poor. I filed for Purchase Protection through PayPal and she straight up lied to them to win the case. I’m in the process of appealing it now. If you’re thinking about using Go Diva Weddings for a destination wedding, run far FAR away. She’s also stealing photo & video content from other wedding planners across Mexico and claiming it as her own on her social platforms and website. screenshot provided for proof.

I got engaged in 2016 and contacted Go Diva Weddings January 2017. For 3 months Gisela communicated with me, providing me information and answering all my questions and concerns without knowing if I would hire her as my wedding planner. She went beyond the call of duty for over 2 years until my wedding day 4/27/2019. She is passionate about her work as well as her team. She was with me every step of the way! Very detailed oriented...highly recommend her.
