★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructors are knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to start early so that one of our friends could catch a flight later in the afternoon and were overall very flexible.
On the water they were helpful - checked some basic theory we had beforehand and catered their lessons to the skill level of each student. The instructors made the experience.
Best prices we saw in Cancun. Highly recommend the school and the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most amazing experience I have had till date! Gabriela was an amazing host and took care of us the entire trip. We went scuba diving in the coral reef and the underwater Mayan museum. The views were just breathtaking. All the equipment was clean and sanitized. Gabriela hand held us throughout the entire dive. She was always making us feel safe and have fun at the same time. This was definitely a 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend Wind and Wave. Thank you Gabriela!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an amazing experience. Had a solo private session on 2/24/21 with my instructor Fabian who was very patient in showing me the ropes of surfing. Different techniques were shown to me such as how to get on the board, how to change from sitting to prone position in the water, etc. It was originally supposed to be 1.5 hour session for $80 (great deal) but because the waves were mediocre and took their time coming in, the session actually lasted 2.5 hours. Fabian also let me continue practicing until I got a few good runs even though time was up. We took some pictures afterwards and nobody harrased me on any tips even though I wish I had brought some. You can actually leave your stuff at their shack/shop by the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool people. On fairly short notice we signed up our son for a 90 minute surf lesson. Gabriel was fantastic. Helped our 17 year old feel confident and loose. It was well worth the money we spent. We even got to keep the surfboard for the rest of the day for our son to have fun with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome! Exactly what you would expect from a surf shop in Mexico. The staff is fun and friendly, within one hour they had both of my kids surfing. Memories that will last a lifetime. Prices are reasonable and the times are subjective as they let us go over our time on our rental for the boogie board. Pepa is friendly and loves interacting with kids. Literally one on one lessons for an hour cost less than a couple drinks.
