El servicio puede mejorar pues tardaron un poco en atendernos aun que no había mucha gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es un lugar apto para niños. La música está muy alta para ellos; en sí, para cualquiera pero se niegan a disminuir el volumen porque es su "concepto". La gerente es muy grosera y poco empática. A pesar de haber muy pocos clientes se negó a atender nuestra solicitud.
Mi recomendación es ubicar un anuncio en la entrada que indique esta advertencia.
It is not a place suitable for children. The music is too loud for them; itself, for anyone but they refuse to turn down the volume because it is their "concept". The manager is very rude and lacking in empathy. Despite having very few clients, he refused to honor our request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El espacio es agradable , me hubiese gustado ver más gente pero por la contingencia no fue así , sin embargo la pasé muy bien con mi familia y la comida es muy rica ... Un poco alto los precios pero fue una experiencia agradable , definitivamente volveré .
El personal debe estar atento de los clientes pero en lugar de eso se pusieron a hacer limpieza ...por eso le doy 4 estrellas . ?
The space is nice , I would have liked to see more people but due to the contingency it was not like that , however I had a great time with my family and the food is very tasty ... The prices are a little high but it was a pleasant experience , I will definitely come back .
The staff must be attentive to the clients but instead they started cleaning ... that's why I give it 4 stars. ?

Ventajas: te las entregan calientitas, están bien presentadas, muy buen sabor y no vienen troceadas, lo que denota una frescura mejor que las congeladas de su competencia. También tienen una buena variedad de sabores. Hay alitas sin hueso.
Desventajas: Sus salsas picantes, son muy picantes... Y si quieres dos salsas en medio kilo te cobran $15 por incluir ambos sabores.
La atención es buena y los precios son los del mercado... Aunque es un poco más caro que su principal competencia.
Excelente variedad de cervezas.
Sus papas son muy ricas, aunque de porciones pequeñas.
Algo que no es ameno: el volumen de la música. Parece establecimiento para sordos.
Algo bueno: respeto a las medidas de higiene y sana distancia.
Ojo: sí son más caras que su competencia... Les dejo unos precios para que ustedes mismos comparen.
