Wings Factory PDC - 77710 Playa del Carmen

Just had the family pack with my girlfriend. Very good wings. Had the Buffalo, honey mustard and sweet chili. Back home that platter would have been $50 at BWW. Here $30 at one of the biggest tourist places in the world. Good job and keep up the good work!!

Ugh, service a bit slow on a busy weekend until the other staff came in to help the poor sole that was working the whole dining room and patio. He was host, waiter and bartender as the place filled up to watch NFL playoffs. Ordered the wings and it took a while. Mainly thinking it was over cooked and fried crispy, still edible, but not enjoyable. The celery sticks on the side looked past its prime, some pieces dry and others watery . It's just wings though. Saw a burger go out on the next table that looked very good and thought I would order one but then with more people coming in I thought maybe not, it might stress the cook out. So my chicken wings were my appetizer as I plot out another restaurant to go to. Just look at those celery sticks in the picture. Do they look old? It shouldn't be served. Bravo for the waiter that kept his cool until the other help arrived.

Expensive but decent wings and drinks.

Very fast efficient staff, kind and hard working. They play the football WITH the sound. They sell Cider (Strongbow) which I was happy about (55 pesos) food was OKAY. Gave the stars to the staff to be honest: chips were cooked in old oil, the chicken strips had absolutely no flavour. Burgers look good though. Thanks again to the wonderful FAST staff!!

Great employees and very nice. The food was not so good. The fries were very salty and the ranch too. The chicken tenders we’re dry and hardly no flavor. Overall was not so well. I will try the burgers next time.

I never got to eat. It took 20 minutes to get a premade daquiri. At 40 minutes they bought out my food, but it was the wrong item. After waiting for another 15 minutes, still no food. I had to leave at that point as I was already starving. Very unfortunate. Update: My partner insisted on us going back to this place the next day for Superbowl although I was against it. However, it was a completely different experience (even with a packed house). I actually got to eat this time! The food was pretty amazing!! Wings crispy and juicy and blue cheese full of herbs and so yummy. Not a fan of blue cheese, but their ranch tastes like it's straight out of the store...and not the good kind. However, I'm officially a blue cheese fan now thanks to them. Staff was attentive and friendly...even the same two gentleman that I had encountered on my first visit were on top of their game. I've been back here 3 times since Superbowl and it's been just as pleasant, so I had to come back and update. Perhaps it was just a staffing issue on my first visit.

The staff is nice and trying to do their best to give you good service, even with a language barrier. Ordered cheese sticks and the factory burger, which really lives up to its name because the meat in the burger tastes like it was made by a machine in a factory, I couldn’t eat halfway through it. I have to assume most of the food is premade, and just quickly warmed up and thrown to costumers. Fries had way too much salt/spices thrown on them, but still edible. I later confronted the what I assume is a kitchen worker with what I thought about the food, and he accepted it very kindly and professionally. I give 2 stars for genuine service but awful food.

Had a serious night craving for wings & fries & this spot did not disappoint! Took advantage of the 3 beer for the price of two, ordered the wings in the sweet chili sauce and had a side of guacamole. Boy did the food hit the spot! Cool sports bar feel, friendly service, reasonably priced & lively music playing throughout. Give em a try!
