Tiene un trato muy especial hacia los animales. Y sus diagnósticos son muy acertados. Los precios son buenos. SE LAS RECOMIENDO VAYAN Y VEAN POR UDS. MISMOS This vet for me personally is the best there can be in Merida. The attention is personalized. Doctor Sergio is the best I have ever met. He has a very special treatment towards animals. And their diagnoses are very accurate. The prices are good. I RECOMEND IT TO YOU GO AND SEE FOR YOU. SAME

Costos: ➕➖ Por el corte de mi perrita Schnauzer $170.00, por el baño de mi Chihuahua $130.00 y $50.00 extras por dejarlos todo el día en guarderia ese mismo día por cada uno. Los certificados de vuelo para mascotas están muy costosos. Atención al cliente: ❌ Lamentablemente me ví en la necesidad de re calificar el lugar. Invite a dos amigas para llevar a sus mascotas y tuvieron pésima experiencia. En otra ocasión avisé al WhatsApp que llevaria a mis perros a las 2 pm y me contestaron que sin problema me atendían, saliendo del trabajo lleve a mis perros y el señor que les corta el pelo salió a decirme que era la última ves que me atendía a esa hora que tenía perros en fila y que el no sabía de mi llegada, al final me dijo que la siguiente le hablara a el y no al WhatsApp. Instalaciones: ➕➖ Cuartos amplios, alberca, guardería y limpio en general. Tiene una tienda pero les hace falta más surtido. Falta MONITOREO ONLINE Horarios: ❌ Varias veterinarias en Mérida tienen horarios hasta las 7 y 8 pm, este lugar cierra temprano y si pides una emergencia para que te atienda la veterinaria te dicen que no hasta el otro día. P	Preben Ormen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy to know Woof. They have cared for our pets many times now and they (the pets) always seem to enjoy the stay. Big bonus: they have a veterinarian on staff so they can update the vaccines and all that right there. Also, we usually use their grooming service while there. Friendly staff, great service. Awesome to know we have a safe place for the little ones when we have to go away and can’t take them along.
