★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancun duty free store in front of gate 62, i needed some earphones for the flight and an employe (or vigil) with a pad jumped and watched me closely like if i was a thieve. I shouldnt spend my money cause that was not professionnal at all and rude . After me, she went (again with Her pad) after another customer who was looking the parfums. Be smarter lady

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought $13.00 (three bottles of vanilla) and the clerk said, "That will be 13 dollars and fifty cents." I asked if there was tax and she said , "no," and gave me two dollars back.
I believe that had I said nothing, she would have kept the 50 cents for herself. I wonder how many times a day that happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 10 bottles of vanilla at Cancun Duty Free. When I arrived at LAX to get to my connecting flight, the TSA STOLE all 10 bottles after they unsealed the bag and then told me it wasn’t sealed properly. They blamed it on the Duty Free shop. I’m not sure who was wrong but basically don’t buy DUTY FREE because one way or another you will get screwed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mexico thrives off it's natural beauty but the idiots at the duty free will MAKE YOU take a plastic bag, even when you use a reusable one. I'm sure there will be dire consequences for the lack of environmental awareness in this place

They Falsely Advertise buy two get one Free on selected items at the Entrance and when I picked the items from the selection kiosk and Take it to the Cash Register, they bluntly didn’t honor their own advertising. They said they can not honor it because of the manager interfering to not honor the advertisement. I took the picture of proof but they didn’t honor it anyway!
