Clau Hdez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te dicen que tienen las llantas y ya que tienen el vehículo sin llantas te dicen que se equivocaron y que sólo tienen unas "más caras" y que deben ir a la bodega por ellas, lo cual tarda hasta una hora en traerlas aún cuando la supuesta bodega está a unas cuadras de ahí. No sé los recomiendo para nada. Terrible service, they tell you that they have tires and since they have the vehicle without tires they tell you that they made a mistake and that they only have "more expensive" ones and that they must go to the warehouse for them, which takes up to an hour to still bring them when the supposed winery is a few blocks away. No tienen todo lo que promueven ahí en el taller y eso hace el servicio más tardado. El taller es básicamente la calle y no hay lugar para esperar y si trae niños tampoco hay baños. En mi caso debido a que avenida está en un desnivel, se les soltó un gato hidráulico que ya estaba levantando mi camioneta ya sin llanta y eso me dañó otra parte de la suspension pero no me di cuenta hasta que la vio el mecánico. Yo ocupaba un set de 5 llantas y me prometieron venderme el 5to rin y llanta pero hasta el día de hoy no me han contactado. Por último, me dañaron un birlo y no me dijeron. Así la dejaron con 5 de 6 tuercas porque la otra ya no entró. Muy atentos antes de tu compra y después no hacen nada para ganarse una buena recomendación. Most important first. La llanta quedó machucada o masticada por la palanca que usan para despegarla del rin y todavía estoy por ver si funcionará bien, además le dieron 4 golpes al rin y lo dejaron tallado y rayado. Incluso al final cuando estaba poniendo la válvula se le cayó una llave encima del rin y le dio otro rayón.
