Con casas de varias habitaciones con baño privado.
Tiene sus reglas. Como que no se puede cambiar el estilo y color de la fachada. También es molesto cuando haces o hacen alguna reparación ya que el sonido se escucha muy fuerte en la casa adjunta. No se pueden hacer fiestas privadas, ni poner un comercio. Algunas ventanas quedan frente a otras.
Es muy bonito la uniformidad de las casas.
En mi gusto muy particular, me gusta cambiar el color de la fachada y abrir las ventanas. Así que está privada no es para mí. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La neta es una privada divinaaaa, perooo OJOOOO, no llega totalplay y pues solo hay telmex e izzi. De igual forma la privada es bellísima, las casas amplias, no pregunte precio pero seguro andan entre los 5 a 10 millones.
