Xel-ha Park - Chetumal - Puerto Juarez Federal km 240

This is a fantastic nature adventure park! I took my kiddo here and we spent about 6 hours. Could have easily spent an entire 12 hours here as there are lots of things to do, but, we had gone on a tour of Tulum earlier. The lighthouse waterslide is 190' up and is pretty awesome. There is zip-lining, cliff jumping, snorkeling, cenote swimming, and swimming with the dolphins to be had. Drinks and food are available at multiple areas depending on your preference, and you get to go home with your snorkeling mouthpiece! Would highly recommend this place for families. Make sure you have extra $$ to spend on the more extreme adventures here for older kids and to purchase the photos that are taken at the stations located around the park (around $110 CAN). There is a trolly that you can catch to go from one end to the other which is helpful if you've got sore feet like we did

Fantastic action park only minutes from the resort. Awesome zip lines,thrilling side by side course over rough terrain and through caves underground, miles of underground paths and water ways to explore and even take a paddle boat tour of. The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and experience Xel-ha Park!

Make sure to go here early like before 10:00 am so you don’t rush and have time to relax. Food and drinks were so delicious with 3 restaurants and few bars. Snorkelling was the highlight. The rest of the activities weren’t really exciting and the park can get full of children and families so things would be more chaotic. If you want to see more adults and less crowd go to xplor park won’t regret it.

Love the experience!! The place is awesome and the staff is great. This was my fourth time in the park and still enjoy it a lot. This time we tried the zipe bike and the powered snorkel, both are worth it.

Slow flowing river to float or snorkel. Many spots along the way to Zipline or cliff jump. Delicious all you can eat and drink buffet. Animal encounters available for extra fee. Some cenotes. Very tall water slide. A great day!!

This is the second time i have been here and it is amazing, i loved the snorkeling and i stayed on the ziplines for hours. The senotes are also really fun to be in, i did the rope swing forever. The food wasnt amazing but that was just a minor inconvenience because this place is so great.

AMAZING. Would return to Mexico just for visiting this again. Food was also good! The only downside was the ridiculous prices for photos when swimming with the dolphins (great experience btw, we got the biggest pack and were not disappointed!) But the photos were almost as much as the experience.

One of the best excursions in the area, and doesn't have that scam element you often find with many tours or outings. All inclusive really covers just about everything from food and drinks to towels and snorkeling equipment. Their are paid extras but nothing I felt I'd have missed out on if I didn't do them. Really the only complaint would be that one day isn't enough. The snorkeling in particular was the best I'd experienced in the area, shallow warm waters cristal clear and absolutely wedged full of all kinds of fish. You could spend hours enjoying that alone. Highly recommend and I will be returning on my next visit.
