★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a round trip from the airport to the resort and back. After reading all the negative reviews, we worried that a car would never arrive to take us back to the airport. No, they were just two minutes late :). Very positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience my family and I’ve ever had. The driver was driving extremely fast and he showed signs of drunkenness. We almost crashed on another car. I don’t recommend this company at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a round trip package about $65 total to the hotel zone from CUN airport. The sales guy had excellent customer service. Knocking a star off because the driver that picked us up from the hotel was about 15 minutes late, after calling the customer service number he did show up, we managed to make it on time for our flight. Remember to tip these hardworking guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Overpriced. Dishonest. Driver took us to a gas station to get some snacks for our long trip. While we’re in the gas station the driver went through our bags and stole my wife’s brand new pair of Bose headphones.
