Compre unos audífonos y en 12 días comenzaron a fallar los lleve a validación a la tienda donde el diagnóstico fue que efectivamente uno de ellos no se escuchaba bien realice el procedimiento para garantía se enviaron a un taller xiaomi en CD de México pero a la fecha de subida esta opinión tengo 2 meses sin noticia de mis audífonos solo me mueven la fecha de entrega y buscan la menor razón para no hacerla valida cuidado con esto no gasten su dinero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de sus empleados, son altaneros y se equivocan y todavia te dicen que es tu culpa por no decirles. La verdad NO VUELVO A COMPRAR aquí. Es horrible y no te facturan pero tampoco te dejan facturar en linea! Es un tema serio ya que si van a limitar de esa forma la facturación al menos pongan gente responsable a elaborarlas porque les vale no las hacen y cuando les preguntas se ponen altaneros y no te dan una solucion ni te dan tu factura de verdad es PESIMO!!!
Terrible service from their employees, they are arrogant and they make mistakes and they still tell you that it is your fault for not telling them. Honestly, I WILL NOT BUY HERE AGAIN. It's horrible and they don't bill you but they don't let you bill online either! It is a serious issue because if they are going to limit invoicing in this way, at least put responsible people to prepare them because it is worth not doing them and when you ask them they get arrogant and do not give you a solution or give you your invoice, it really is AWFUL !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recién compré un Poco y me ayudaron a pedirlo de CD.MX. por qué no había en GDL, la atención en tienda es muy buena, todos conocen la tecnología que venden y son muy atentos, solo la atención a clientes por teléfono y waths es algo lenta, pero todo lo demás muy bien con esa sucursal, a demás que es el único lugar donde distribuye Xiaomi de forma directa del fabricante ?
