Los horarios son de oficina, si yo quiero una aclaración tengo que ir antes de las 6 o no contestan, si se me va el internet y llamo, me manda a buzón, sin mensionar que antes de las 5:30pm ya no contestan. La empresa se aprovecha que no hay más competencia en la zona, y como dicen otros comentarios, nada más haya cobertura por mi zona de otra empresa me cambio sin dudarlo Inert good but worst way to manage tech support. The hours are office hours, if I want a clarification I have to go before 6 o'clock or they don't answer, if the internet goes out and I call, they send me to the mailbox, without mentioning that they don't answer before 5:30 pm. The company takes advantage of the fact that there is no more competition in the area, and as other comments say, as soon as there is coverage in my area from another company, I will change without hesitation.
A	Axl Casanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Básicamente estoy con ellos porque es tener esto o no tener nada . tiene el monopolio en la zona y lo explotan y se aprovechan de esto en sobremanera, con mala calidad de wifi mal servicio de atención al cliente, precios súper elevados para lo poco que dan. Empresa que se quedó estancada en el año 2015 en la forma de hacer pagos y de contacto. Todas las noches me falla el wifi y no me contestan por ningún lugar, por sus horarios limitados de oficina, cuando todas las otras empresas de telecomunicaciones si tienen servicio 24/7 y ya que esto sucede pues les pongo queja y opinión por este medio pues es la única manera de encontrarlos después de las 7 de la noche. Cuando les llegue competencia van a perecer de inmediato así que por favor, pónganse las pilas y actualícense ya que estamos en el 2022. Basically I'm with them because it's either have this or have nothing.
