★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo mucho a Xotics. El coche estaba en excelente estado, gran flexibilidad en lugar y horarios de entrega. Los ejecutivos fueron amables y super puntuales. En definitiva, muy buena relación calidad-precio para quienes viajen a Cancún y en general a la Península de Yucatán.
I highly recommend Xotics. The car was in excellent condition, great flexibility in place and delivery times. The executives were friendly and super punctual. In short, very good value for money for those traveling to Cancun and the Yucatan Peninsula in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS A SCAM!!! They are not a real car rental. I reserved a car online before I arrived in Cancun, but when I went to their office, they said that they have no reservation. Soon I realized that the office looked fake, they spoke no English, they had no cars and had a fake catalog with unrealistic cars and prices. I asked other businesses around and they thought the same. I didn't want to deal with the police in a foreign country so I just cancelled my credit card and rented a car from a real rental. BEWARE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely have to go back, we only rented a medium-size car, I came on vacation with my friends and the attention offered by the agent Carlos, was an incredibly remarkable attention, we thought we would carry out with the other rental companies that were outside, it was an excellent decision, They offered an exceptional quality of care, they explain each letter of the contract and not to mention the vehicles, super hygienic, it really surprising how they take care of hygiene aspects and the type of treatment offered on the explanation with the service given. 11/10
