★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible spot , the decor it's fabulous ?, the food, the prices, the hotel resort has a fancy penthouses,apartments with kitchen and normal hotel rooms with private outside seating spaces. I would like to highlight it's staff it's very polite and kind huge thanks to Beatrice and Alfonso and the reception staff. Erika & Cosmin

Booked the room because of the nice room pictures on booking. Got some different room which was completely different and not so nice! The answer of the hotel was just a "sorry". No intention to solve this problem at all.
Another points:
- You cannot dim the room completely.
- hot water needs 2min to come
- wifi not working
In total, not worth the price and you get scammed with the pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in PH1 : an amazing room with view on the pool and its own jacuzzi. The staff was extremely nice and helpful ! Room was just amazing, I just wished the water in the shower came a little more hot.
Can't wait to come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks lovely, it’s tastefully decorated, especially outdoors. The pool area is surrounded by a lot of plants, making you feel like you are in the middle of nature. The restaurant has great food as well, and the staff is very nice and helpful. All in all, we had a great stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in room V7 for 3 nights. I got to say this place is like a little oasis in the mean streets of Tulum.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, the waitresses in the restaurant is an absolute delight I can not speak more highly of her absolute credit to the hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Pool area super comfortable and lush with green. Really close to the main road, only one road to the beach so easy to get around and has plenty of parking close by if you got a car.
Small suggestion tho, frosted glass in the shower room would be nice. The air con unit feels a little undersized. And the light outside the font door is too bright and illuminates the room like a sene from close encounters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You couldn't ask for better service from the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The front desk made you feel right at home and had recs for everything in the area.
I enjoyed that the hotel was on the edge of town with a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You're a quick 5 minute walk to food favorites like Humo too.
The rooms were very clean but the beds were a little too hard for me. The ATM around the corner can also have a very long line, so don't pass up an opportunity to get pesos when you're in town.
Definitely would recommend to family or friends
