★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamento decir que me senti estafada por la persona que me atendio, un tal Eddy, ya que compre dos tours el cual posteriormente me presento un amigo que me ofrecio otro tour muy economico porque querian promocionar un nuevo lugar y no se que mas mentiras para darme cuenta que me estaban llevando a un lugar para venderme un tiempo compartido, poco serio, un engaño, yo trabajo en bodas y estaba buscando un lugar confiable para mis clientes y este lugar obviamente no lo es! deberian controlar mas las operaciones de sus empleados en el caso que la compañía no este enterada de estas operaciones.
I regret to say that I felt scammed by the person who attended me, one Eddy, since I bought two tours which later I presented a friend who offered me another very economical tour because they wanted to promote a new place and I do not know what else lies to give me I realized that they were taking me to a place to sell me a timeshare, little serious, a hoax, I work at weddings and I was looking for a reliable place for my clients and this place obviously is not! they should control more the operations of their employees in the event that the company is not aware of these operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vissuet, the supervisor, sells to me a trip with "all included" to Isla de las Mujeres" but did not the reservation and I needed to Wait for some couple that not shows to can do the trip. More Than this, I needed to pay more 20 usd in the marine, without any warning about it before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went around the block to look for vacation package. Had the best price compared to all other tour offers. I take 1 star off, since my name was written incorrectly, and i wasnt picked up on the first day of tours. Also had to deal with the wrong name for the other tours. They did pick me up later on first day, so i didnt miss the tour. Overall the best price, and good experience.

It is totally a joke.
The tour arrangement is awful. You gonna spend 80% of the time waiting. They try to sell you "most popular " activities but they will bring you to somewhere opened by private persons and have no secure at all.
