Perfect location, no problems whatsoever.

Everything we needed!!! PLUS!! Near everything!!! We were to go to Tulum. Loved this area so we never made it!!! Hats off to the one that designed and built the condo!!! Our house was A DREAM!!! Love the wood, all the personal touches!!! And the rocks!!! JP and Claudia are super hosts. Helped us a lot!!! All the workers there were super nice!!! Clean! CLEAN!!! We cooked and didn't mind not having a oven. Stove top, toaster and microwave was great. We also enjoyed the outside grill by pool!! Across the road in the Akumal town...we loved it!!! The produce perfect and the art on walls were unimaginable!!!!!!!!! Yes there was sea weed on the beaches where you could get in the water. But this place is at the point so very little sea weed so NO SMELL!! The tile floor is beautiful but be very careful when wet ....slick!!!!! Also different levels of floors every where. Did not bother us but a lot older people it could!
