★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve a mi perrita a guardería le lleve su comida especial porque tiene enfermedad de adisson le lleve en una bolsa lo que equivaldría a dos vasos (la porción que le tocaba en el rato que estuvo era medio vaso) se supone que ellos son “médicos” porque así te dicen que hay un médico en cada turno que los pasa a checar, lo cual dudo ya que el joven que me contesto en la noche fue muy grosero, y me dio 3 versiónes diferentes ( 1a le dieron los dos vasos de comida, luego no encontraban La Bolsa, luego que no recibió él la guardia-osea los perros se quedaron solos ? ), soy médico y sé cómo recibir una guardia se debe saber santo y seña de que hizo cada Paciente, que comió, si hizo del baño, medicamentos tomados TODO DE DEBE SABER, me dice que firme una responsabilidad (correcto firme una responsabilidad pero en ningún momento mencionaba que las croquetas eran responsabilidad de cuidarlas mi perrita), su pobre respuesta del empleado fue que marcara al otro día a las 9 am para solucionar las cosas que no era hora en que se pudiera solucionar, yo me pregunto si él tiene hambre lo soluciona al día siguiente ? , si me perrito tiene hambre y yo no estoy en la Ciudad donde vivo le debo decir que mañana que yo marque a las 9 am sabremos si comerá o si yo le debo de comprar nuevas croquetas para regresar a casa, incompetencia total, solo quiero aclarar que a mi perra supuestamente la primera versión le dieron de comer lo de dos vasos de croquetas y si algo le pasa será responsabilidad total de esta supuesta clínica.
