No entiendo como dejan que una persona así atienda el lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido sin mentir, como 5 veces en distintos días y distintos horarios y siempre está cerrado. Pregunte los horarios y dicen que no tienen horario, osea que abren y cierran en el horario que se les antoja. Pésimo!!!
I've been without lying, about 5 times on different days and at different times and it's always closed. Ask for the hours and they say they don't have hours, that is, they open and close at the time they want. Appalling!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisimos no cuidan la calidad de sus productos el helado y la fruta (durazno y uvas) hechadad a perder y no se diga la atención del joven que atiende es pésimo yo era cliente frecuente pero van de mal en peor no regreso.
Terrible they do not take care of the quality of their products, the ice cream and the fruit (peaches and grapes) spoiled and not to mention the attention of the young man who attends is terrible I was a frequent customer but they go from bad to worse I will not return.

Dicen que no tienen horario para abrir y cerrar
No tienen exhibidos los precios, la pantalla estaba apagada
No tenían chocolate del que se hace Solido.

My favorite ice cream in ALL Querétaro. The yogurt flavor is delicious, they have a lot of variety of toppings and super rich. The prices are EXCELLENT and the portion is incredible, it's worth it, I recommend the hot chocolate on top of it, it's delicious. ???
