★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esta gente ofrece servicios de envios de dinero, necesitaba el dinero de reversa porque cometi un error de enviar por ZELLE desde mi cuenta personal y lo iba a enviar desde mi compañia, y la chica me dijo que debia esperar al jefe para tener acceso a la cuenta y devolver el dinero, espere el dia y no envio nada y le pregunte si iban a resolver o no, y me dijo que cual era el abuso, y yo le dije que necesitabamos ese giro para volver a girar ( YO NO VOY A VOLVER A GIRAR UNA PLATA A UNA PERSONA QUE LE CUESTA ENVIAR DEVUELTA UN DINERO POR ERROR Y DA EXCUSAS) en fin cobran un 10% por transaccion, demasiado alta la comision para tan pobre servicio al cliente, se aprovechan de la desinformacion de la gente.
These people offer money transfer services, I needed the reverse money because I made a mistake of sending by ZELLE from my personal account and I was going to send it from my company, and the girl told me that I had to wait for the boss to have access to the account and return the money, I waited for the day and I did not send anything and I asked him if they were going to solve it or not, and he told me what the abuse was, and I told him that we needed that money order to spin again (I'M NOT GOING TO RETURN TO TURN A SILVER TO A PERSON WHO COST TO SEND MONEY BACK FOR ERROR AND GIVES EXCUSES) in short they charge 10% per transaction, the commission is too high for such poor customer service, they take advantage of people's misinformation.
