This is a great place to rent, especially if you want great service. We weren’t required to pay a deposit or put a hold on our account. No fee for a second driver. Pablo picked us up from the airport and was so attentive the entire time. It was really nice having a trustworthy company that wouldn’t rip us off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

Yuki Car Rentals is amazing!!! I came across this rental company from a YouTube video I saw and decided to give them a call. I am very cautious with providing personal information over the phone so I did not book my car rental with them prior to arrival, however, I did show up unannounced and they were able to assist me right away and was told they can pick you up and drop you off at the airport. I was greeted by Pablo and let me tell you he made everything easy for my boyfriend and I, the process was very quick and we were on our way 15 mins later. We were turning the rental in a day prior to our departure because our flight was early in the AM and they were not open, Pablo was nice enough to drive us back to our hotel. This was the best car rental experience ever and if you’re thinking of renting a car in Cancun definitely rent from Yuki Car Rentals

We are so glad we rented a car for a week while in Cancun from Yuki. They were very easy to work with and straight forward with the price, they will quote you with the price and that is what you will pay. That includes all of the fees and insurance they don’t add any of that on top of your rental car price like the big car rental companies do in Cancun. Our vehicle was very reliable and they gave us a phone number to call if we needed any type of assistance. They picked us up from the airport to pick up our rental and upon return of the rental they also dropped us off at the airport which is included in the rental cost. We will definitely use Yuki car rental in the future.

I came across a video of a girl on YouTube recommending this car rental company and decided to give it a shot. We weren’t required to pay a deposit since it was our first time there and there were absolutely no hidden fees. Communication was great before, during, and after. We were given directions on where to meet our driver at the airport and promptly got picked up to go to their rental location. The process was so quick and easy- we were literally on the road in less than 15 minutes. The service was excellent and the prices are fair and honest- by far better than any of the big brand name car rental companies at the Cancun airport that want to charge you their own insurance and throw a hundred hidden fees your way. We took the car to Tulum for our vacation and had zero issues with it. The car drove smoothly, USB port worked perfectly, and absolutely no issues with the AC. I highly recommend this company and I am so glad we took the shot and did business with them! If you’re looking for a trustworthy and honest car rental company in Cancun with the best, fair pricing, look no further! It cannot get any better than what they offer. This is the place to go. They don’t accept credit cards. No hidden fees. They’ll even pick you up from the airport. I believe Juan was the gentleman’s name that picked us up. He was amazing. He even check to make sure we made it back home safely. I cant say enough good but I wish them continued success. Que Dios los bendiga mas y mas

Amazing rental company found via YouTube. Our flight landed in the evening and they dropped the car to me at the airport!!! We had a unfortunate incident in Tulum where our tyres was slashed. The support from Yuki Car rental was amazing!!! They sent a driver from Cancun to Tulum to help us!!!. In the end they was fair and super clear on the charges we only paid for tyres. If you want a standard car to drive around cancun/Tulum at an amazing price I would recommend this place. People are professional easily contactable via whatsapp/facebook/phone. They even drop you to the airport free if charge. I would gladly go back to Yuki Car rentals again when I revisit mexico. Big thanks to Alexandre and thr operations team for helping us throughout our time with mexico!!!

Great experience with Yuki Car Rental! Cheap, good quality, and easy process. Even gave us rides to and from the airport. Wouldn’t recommend any where else more for a Yucatán road trip.

Saw someone on Tik Tok recommend this rental place & I'm so glad we booked with them! The price was very reasonable, not crazy expensive like with the other car companies. Contacting them through Facebook was easy prior to our arrival & the customer service was excellent. The quoted price they gave me online is what I paid once we arrived in Cancun. Took less than 10 mins to fill out the paper work & we were on our way to explore the city. Can't say enough good things about this company. If you can, definitely rent locally instead of using the big rental car companies at the airport. They will also come pick you up from the airport & drop you off at the airport when you return the car, no extra charge!! Thank you Yuki Rental ? I will be back!!!
