Mal atención, después de 45 min, nos comentaron que no habían de esa talla... ?

Pesimo servicio! Hasta 40 minutos en que te atiendan ya que no tienen personal y las que hay te tardan una vida en buscar el artículo. Se les va la gente

Pésimo servicio, no te atienden en el oreden que van. 1:20 minutos esperando y solo con dos empleados en la tienda atendiendo, aparte no se organizan para ir atendiendo a quien valla llegando y atienden primero a los que llegan al último!.

Pésimo servicio, una hora y media para un par de zapatos y no haberlos recibido aún. No hay nadie con el cliente. Ya se está yendo la gente, porque nadie los atiende.

Great shoe store and even better prices!

I am a Cdn white female. Not sure if I was taken for a US citizen since the staff were not friendly at all. Came in the store, looked and deciided on some shoes to try. None of the staff would make eye contact with me until I stood directly in front of them. The first was intently focused on her smartphone; it took 10 seconds for her to look up, only to shake her head and indicate she was only selling the speaker/boom box (which must have been set at >98decibals!!!!!) I went to one of the counters with 2 clerks & waited for them to look at me. After 20 seconds I leaned on the counter. The male clerk finally communicated that he would assist me but said uno momento and went to the back of the store. That was the last I saw him. I waited 5 minutes in a chair, tried to make eye contact w/any clerk...no one would ask if I needed assistance and that clerk did not come back. I walked out and spent my pesos at the store next door. In total I spent1400 pesos on shoes in P.V. Hermanos’ loss. Someone needs to train clerks!
