★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un tiempo compre un par de tenis, al probarlos se sentían bien. Al sacarlos de la tienda y usarlos lastimaban el pie demasiado, imposible usarlos. A la hora de ir ala tienda no ofrecían ni cambio ni reembolso, ya que estaban ¨pisados¨ y nadie querría comprar zapatos así, usarlos mas para ¨aflojarlos¨. Cabe mencionar que se necesitaron usar para determinar que el dolor que causaban al caminar era intenso, eso no es normal. Producto de mala calidad y pésimo servicio al cliente.
Some time ago I bought a pair of tennis shoes, when trying them they felt good. When they took them out of the store and used them, they hurt the foot too much, impossible to use them. When it was time to go to the store they did not offer exchange or refund, since they were "trampled" and no one would want to buy shoes like that, use them more to "loosen them". It is worth mentioning that they needed to be used to determine that the pain they caused when walking was intense, that is not normal. Poor quality product and lousy customer service.
