Zara - 77500 Cancún

They didn't the fragrance options I was looking for but their prices were competitive

Looked online to pick out a few dresses and skirts at the Isla store. Was so excited to find about 10 things to try on (according to the Zara site, I was 50/50 on two different sizes.) BUT...you can't try on anything! So, I handed my pile of dresses to the cashier and went to Liverpool and Shasa where changing rooms are open. Apparently, Zara would rather you buy things, take them home where they can "get germs" on the bus, in the taxi, at your house, etc and then return them if they don't fit. Come on...use common sense and reopen the rooms! I live here, so I can wait. But for tourists who don't have Zara back home, they likely won't make purchases and risk clothes not fitting. Two stars for location and selection availability. If you're not shopping for something that requires try on, you'll be happy.

Great :) my wife was super happy. They have great clothing collections but if you look for great colorful clothes you will be desappointed. But if not... you will be happy :)

Nice clothing store, ok prices, good service

Zara is a Spanish fashion chain offering on-trend house-brand clothing, shoes & accessories. They have over 2,250 stores in Mexico, the USA, the UK, Brazil, Spain and 90 other countries. They were founded in 1975. This particular shop is located in the La Isla Shopping Village in the Zona Hotelera in Cancun. The store is modern and well-stocked. We came in because the first night in Cancun was a bit chilly, so my wife wanted to buy a sweater or jacket. The salesperson wasn’t very helpful, as he told my wife that they had none, since they had put the winter clothes away. We no sooner turned around than we saw a beautiful sweater that was exactly what my wife was looking for. The price was reasonable too. Despite the unhelpful salesperson, we got what we were after and were out the door and back to our holiday.

Very good prices on most items. Very stylish and fits to accurate size. Clothes are made like H&M. Will hold up if taken care of.

Nice store, was busy. Found some cool stuff, BUT They wouldn't let me go back to the dressing room with my girlfriend. She told them I'd just wait outside the dressing room to help her decide, but they weren't having it. No explanation, just no.

Nice, clean store. Unfriendly staff... and I'm a good customer who's pretty easy to please.
