★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba en busca de una prenda y me costo mucho trabajo optener los numeros telefonicos de cada tienda y o sorpresa en ninguno de todas las tiendas contestan ademas de que en las opciones que da la app al no encontrar la soluciin jamas canaliza a atencion personalizada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impresionada por la pésima atención del encargado de la tienda. Me enviaron un producto equivocado de Zara.com y hablé por teléfono para abrir un caso. Me dijeron que podía ir a cualquier tienda de zara a hacer el cambio sin problema pero resulta que en la tienda de duraznos el gerente no tenía ganas de ayudar. Me comentó que el tenía que hablar a la línea de atención de zara.com (a pesar de que yo ya había abierto un caso) para que le soliciten el cambio y ya era más tarde de las 7 de la noche. Se perfectamente que en ningún zara te ponen ese tipo de excusas al final los que se equivocaron en mandarme algo incorrecto fueron ustedes! Pero no es el caso en duraznos.
Impressed by the terrible attention of the manager of the store. They sent me the wrong product from Zara.com and I spoke on the phone to open a case. They told me that I could go to any zara store to make the change without problem but it turns out that in the peach store the manager did not want to help. He told me that he had to call the zara.com hotline (even though I had already opened a case) to ask for the change and it was already later than 7 at night. I know perfectly well that in no zara they give you that kind of excuses at the end, those who were wrong in sending me something wrong were you! But this is not the case in peaches.
