El día de hoy 18 sep 20 a las 7:30am, cuando iba a entrar a dejar mis muestras a las instalaciones el vigilante me detuvo pues le dí mi orden y me dijo que no podía ingresar, pues en la orden llevaba que también me hicieran prueba de anticuerpos por ello él asumió que yo tenía Covid, le tuve que demostrar con mi prueba de Covid, que ya me había yo hecho, que salí NEGATIVA. Yo entiendo que la situación que estamos viviendo es delicada pero que el señor vigilante tenga más tacto para atender a los clientes, pues hasta le pedí mi orden de regreso para mejor hacer mis estudios en otro laboratorio y no me la quiso regresar. I am 73 years old and have been a customer for many years. Today, Sep 18, 20 at 7:30 a.m., when I was going to enter to leave my samples at the facilities, the guard stopped me because I gave him my order and told me that I could not enter, because in the order he had also made me Antibody test, so he assumed that I had Covid, I had to show him with my Covid test, that I had already done it, that I was NEGATIVE. I understand that the situation we are experiencing is delicate but that the vigilant man has more tact to attend to the clients, because I even asked him for my return order to better do my studies in another laboratory and he did not want to return it to me.
D	DIEGO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal, tengo años atendiendo me ahí, y a sido muy buena la atención, y son muy aguantamos las personas que atienden, mucha gente ve mal varias cosas ,pero a mi me a tocado que las personas que van son groseras y exigentes, imaginen aguantar a todas y cada una de las personas, ok por su problemas pero ellas las que atienden no son groseras. J	Jacqueline Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor laboratorio, me mandaron hacer enfermedad residual y no saben ni que estudios ordenar ya que los mandan a puebla es la segunda vez que me.hacen esto y no entregan lps resuktadoa de forma ordenada ni en tiempo, se echan la bolita de sus errores sin dar solucion ni seguimiento pesimo laboratorio. It is the worst laboratory, they sent me to do residual disease and they do not even know which studies to order since they send them to Puebla, it is the second time they do this to me and they do not deliver the resuktadoa in an orderly way or on time, they throw the ball of their errors without giving solution or follow-up pessimistic laboratory.

NO VAYAN AHÍ. AWFUL, I WENT WITH A FAMILY MEMBER AND THEY LOST HIS SAMPLE, OBVIOUSLY THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE RESULTS, THEN THEY CALLED HIM UP TO A WEEK LATER TO TAKE BLOOD SAMPLES AGAIN. DO NOT GO THERE.

La chica policía de entrada súper amable respetando turnos y la señoras que cobran súper groseras, pasando a sus amigas antes a pesar qué hay turnos y la mayoría de la gente la repatea ellas atienden a quien quieren. Pésimo servicio. Terrible service. The super friendly police girl at the entrance respecting shifts and the super rude ladies who charge, passing her friends before despite the fact that there are shifts and most people kick her, they serve whoever they want. Y NADIE CONTESTA EN LAS 2 DIRECCIONES Y AL OTRO DIA NOS DICEN QUE YA NO TRABAJAN EN ESE HORARIO Y ENTONCES PORQUE ENGAÑAN Y NOS PIDEN LLAMAR, NUNCA SE DISCULPAN SIEMPRE TIENEN LA RAZON, SUS PRECIOS SON ELEVADOS CON RELACION A SU MALA ATENCION, NO ACEPTAN PAGO CON TARJETA, ALGUIEN DEBERIA PONER ORDEN Y CAPACITACION AHI, INCLUYENDO A LOS POLICIAS. IT IS A VERY AWFUL LABORATORY IN TERMS OF THE ATTENTION OF PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT ATTENTIVE, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS AND CHARGE AS SUCH, THEY DO NOT HAVE HUMAN QUALITY, THEIR SERVICE IS IN QUALITY DOWN THE POPLAR AND HEALTH DIGNITY WHERE THEY TAKE MORE CARE IN ATTENTION, THEY ARE INFORMAL THEY TELL ONE THAT HIS STUDIES WILL BE BY DATE AND THEY DO NOT COMPLY, THEY SAY TO CALL FOR INFORMATION ABOUT MY RESULTS FROM 6:30 TO 8 PM. AND NOBODY ANSWERS AT THE TWO ADDRESSES AND THE NEXT DAY THEY TELL US THAT THEY DON'T WORK AT THAT HOURS AND THEN BECAUSE THEY DECEIVE AND ASK US TO CALL, THEY NEVER APOLOGIZE THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT, THEIR PRICES ARE HIGH IN RELATION TO THEIR BAD ATTENTION, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CARD PAYMENT, SOMEONE SHOULD PUT ORDER AND TRAIN THERE, INCLUDING THE POLICE.
