★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACABO DE HABLAR POR TELEFONO PARA SOLICITAR INFORMES DE UN PERFIL Y LA PERSONA QUE ME RESPONDIO EN PRIMERA DEMORO EN CONTESTAR, EN SEGUNDA PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y POR ÚLTIMO SE BURLO DE MI.
QUE MAL SERVICIO EN REALIDAD NO PENSE QUE SIENDO UN LABORAORIO SUPUESTAMENTE DE RENOMBRE FUERA A PROPORCIONAR ESA ATENCIÓN PÉSIMA AL MENOS ASÍ LO FUE POR PARTE DE LA RECEPCIONISTA.
I HAVE JUST TALKED BY PHONE TO REQUEST REPORTS FROM A PROFILE AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED ME IN FIRST DELAY TO ANSWER, IN SECOND PESIMATE ATTENTION AND FINALLY MADE FUN OF ME.
THAT BAD SERVICE DOES NOT REALLY THINK THAT BEING A LABORAORY SUBSTITUTE OF RENAME IT WAS TO PROVIDE THAT PESIMATE ATTENTION AT LEAST SO IT WAS FROM THE RECEPTIONIST.

Very good service I loved it when I arrived, they received me excellent although when you go in the ambulance it goes very fast good for me it was going very fast but everything went very well

Dan una hora para recogerlos y siempre argumentan que no se los han mandado, que hay que esperar hasta después de la hora establecida en la nota para que les lleguen y que los retrasos son directo del laboratorios y que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Y ni siquiera son para notificarte que no están.
Impuntuality of the delivery. They give an hour to pick them up and always argue that they have not been sent, that they have to wait until after the time established in the note for them to arrive and that the delays are straight from the laboratories and that they can not do anything. And they are not even to notify you that they are not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio. Las recepcionistas atienden bien. Yo tuve un problema y ellas lo resolvieron muy bien. Lo único negativo que vi fue que en el módulo donde sacan sangre, en la mesita donde tienen los tubitos de muestra, hace falta un poco de aseo ya que había polvo y unos "dedazos" como de grasa con polvo el día que fui.
Good service. The receptionists attend well. I had a problem and they solved it very well. The only negative thing I saw was that in the module where they draw blood, on the table where they have the sample tubes, a little cleaning is needed since there was dust and a few "chunks" of grease with dust the day I went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente laboratorio, instalaciones de primera, todo muy limpio y ordenado, el personal que toma la muestra de sangre muy amable, los exámenes clínicos bien completos, las tarifas buenas. Lo recomiendo.
Excellent laboratory, first class facilities, everything very clean and tidy, the staff taking the blood sample very friendly, the clinical exams well complete, the rates good. I recommend it.
