The place is nice and quiet but the reception is bad, there are blackouts in the Colonia also they did not give us keys to the main entrance and we had to go around the building, but the Americans did have a key

The suite is very good, ideal for a family, the water in the pool is super warm, the only disadvantage is that the beach is a bit far away, you have to walk a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar de principio es agradable y la alberca super rica y calientita,pero en cuestión de la persona que atiende que no se si sea el dueño o empleado super grosero y déspota,ni un buenas tardes te puede contestar,más aparte no dan ni papel de baño y todavía para rematar varios familiares por la mañana amanecieron todos picoteados de la espalda y pies, probablemente sean chinches pero uno de mis familiares si estaba infestado de piquetes,hace falta mucha limpieza pero a profundidad y fumigación,si no fuera por eso hubiéramos tenido una muy buena reseña,pero por eso mi calificación, espero en algún momento mejore pero en lo personal no vuelvo.
The place at first is nice and the pool is super rich and warm, but in terms of the person who attends, I don't know if he is the owner or employee, super rude and despotic, not even a good afternoon can answer you, moreover they don't even give paper bathroom and to finish off several family members in the morning they all woke up pecked on the back and feet, they are probably bedbugs but one of my relatives was infested with bites, a lot of cleaning is needed but in depth and fumigation, if it were not for that we would have had a very good review, but that's why my rating, I hope at some point it improves but personally I will not return.

First room was pool view with a deck, it was great to watch the kids swim and have morning coffee.
Basic amenities. Clean pool and rooms.
