S	Steven S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had ths first reservation time for 5 PM so the place was empty except for us. The food was all delicious, salmon steak and chicken was amazing. The service was really good but our cook was a bit green on the performance side of things. He dropped the cook wear while twirling it several times and scared the ladies at the table as it was a flying skewer being flailed. Also he was trying to throw rice balls into people's mouths but came nowhere near close.
A	AidenplayzXbox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk wouldn’t give us reservations till 9:30, and we came early to try to get an early reservation. I don’t know why you need to schedule at the front desk in the first place but whatever. Wouldn’t seat our family of 5, with 9 year old till 10. By then we were too tired to eat and our 9 year old had to be taken from the dinner table to the room because he was literally falling asleep at the table. The food is ok but nothing more. There are more sushi options at the buffet. Michel our cook did a great job and it’s not his fault the experience was bad. Resort management does a terrible job with everything. Still really hot.

I'm not sure how the food is if you sit in the regular restaurant section but the hibachi food and service was very good. You just have to go at 3pm to make reservation the day of to eat there.
Q	Quyen Dang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a real Japanese restaurant. I was very disappointed. It was told as very good and need to reserve in front , was always fully booked. There is 2 section : one for normal A la carte and one is teppanyaki. Both we don't like. The only flavor was soy sauce and not a little but a lot, too much. It was only salty. They only use soy sauce and tequila! Not at all Japanese cuisine. Even the Dorade restaurant has better sashimi than Zen!

When we got there, they expected us to sit at two separate tables, 6 people each, despite there being a fully empty table. A family of 3 walked in after us and they gave the full empty table to them! After standing around for 30 minutes, they finally gave us a table that was sectioned off (Diamond Club exclusive I guess?). Food was mediocre - they use a LOT of butter and oil. Even after we mentioned to use less, they still used the same amount lol. The portions are also very, very small. We were all still hungry after and went to the buffet.
H	His Panic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go only for the teppanyaki. Never tried it but I hear it's good. It pains me to say this because I love the resort. For a resort that prides itself in its cuisine, it was very disappointing. I ordered the shrimp tempura and it's the worst I've ever eaten. Very soggy and drenched in a strange sweet sauce. The noodle were a bit on the hard side and also drenched in that same sauce. The sushi was ok but I've had better in my local neighborhood.
R	Remy Partlow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The habachi was fantastic. It was easily the best food at the resort, and the best habachi I've ever had. I'm a very quiet person, so it was quite overwhelming, but it was still a good time.
T	Triple R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been looking forward to tonight. Reservations had to be made 1 day in advance to “see the show”. The atmosphere was nice, the food was good & the entertainment was on point, as expected !
