Amazing. The staff was so nice and very accommodating. They respected us and our belongings. I would 10/10 recommend .

Had a lovely week in Tulum. The hotel is a good location and the staff are friendly. However I wouldn’t stay here again due to some basic things that were just missing for the price paid: service is very very slow, they don’t have enough staff working, you can order drinks and wait an hour for them to be delivered, this is not great. The hotel is not sound proof at all. The rooms are all on top of each other and the pool area so if anyone is playing music in their room this clashes with the music by the pool, room 101 was particularly bad in the way the room itself is designed. Before arriving I asked that the sofa bed would be made up and bedding available in our suite, as I knew we were arriving very late after a twelve hour flight, the hotel acknowledged this and said it would be ready and yet on arrival nothing was, so we we’re making beds at 1am. They ask if you want your room cleaned each day which frankly should just be standard in a hotel of this calibre. Every day we had to request new towels as they didn’t replace them even if they were left obviously used and dirty.

What’s not to love! The place is gorgeous, the staff is amazing! Daniel and Rodrigo were so attentive, felt like we were in a private Villa with personal concierge ? the area of Aldea Zama Is my fave to stay in Tulum. Plenty of food options and safe walking distance..

Good location, especially by car and nice atmosphere, staff is very nice and rooms are nice!! Bathrooms are amazing! The only thing is that noise is quite strong as windows don't have double glass! But they seem quite happy to relocate you to another room

What a wonderful little spot. Good shower. Very comfy beds. Quiet apart from the construction going on in the area. staff extremely friendly and helpful. Can seem quite deserted, goggle maps will direct you to some very cool coffee shops. (Fit a licious) is a great spot.

I could never understand how there could be negative reviews as our experience was amazing!! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are lush. The service was beyond exceptional, all staff were kind and friendly however Daniel truly made us feel welcome and well looked after- his kind soul was nothing but nurturing and attentive to all our needs. Could not recommend this place more and hope to return soon!!

Amazing service and experience! Very affordable for being in Tulum yet the touch of luxury was everywhere! The staff were so understanding and catered to all our needs, going above and beyond - being able to reply to us no matter the time! Rodrigo, Fernando and Daniel ( aka Keanu Reeves ) were so friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile, seeing them was always a pleasure and the amazing service truly framed our holiday! The hotel is located a 20 min walk from the Tulum centre which we didn’t mind however there are bicycles, bike and car rentals all very locally so the option is there as well as taxis- all things we were aware of prior. Could not recommend more ! The rooms are gorgeous

Very friendly staff and a nice apartment. All was clean and comfy. Staff assisted with taxis and gave us towels and water when we asked. A few bugs did enter our room on a couple of occasions but that’s to be expected in this type of location. It is a little far from the beach but you can haggle with the taxi drivers for better prices. Beth & Tom
