Sin embargo el gerente y el personal de la tarde requieren capacitación en servicio al cliente porque las soluciones propuestas para un error de ellos, que era bastante grave, fueron bastante escuetas. Aún así el personal que trabaja en la mañana es muy atento y resolvió todo. The rain cabin with the jacuzzi and fireplace was very pleasant, the view of Peñaloza gave it excellence. However, the manager and the afternoon staff require training in customer service because the solutions proposed for their mistake, which was quite serious, were quite brief. Even so, the staff that works in the morning is very attentive and solved everything.
L	Lupita Pachareles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospede en el chalet cielo,se ha hecho viral en titok por eso en Booking siempre aparece ocupado, bueno yo llegue de lunes martes y encontré lugar,No reserve antes pues No me dió confianza su manera de reserva,la habitación y la vista son muy bonitas,me salió en 3,800 la noche 2 adultos, para prender la chimenea tenía un costo extra,el desayuno que incluyen deja mucho que desear,el jacuzzi sólo te lo prenden hasta las 11 de la noche ? I stayed at chalet cielo, it has gone viral on titok, that's why Booking always appears busy, well, I arrived from Monday to Tuesday and found a place, I didn't book before because I didn't trust your way of booking, the room and the view are very nice, it cost me 3,800 a night for 2 adults, to turn on the fireplace had an extra cost, the breakfast included leaves much to be desired, the jacuzzi is only turned on until 11 at night ?
I	Izzvy Melendez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable, un poco de problemas al reservar con Booking, deben tener más cuidado de los huéspedes ya que los dejan poner música hasta muy tarde y se pierde la magia del lugar y descanso. The place is nice, a bit of problems when booking with Booking, they should be more careful of the guests since they let them play music until very late and the magic of the place and rest is lost.
A	Are Castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy lindo, se tiene una vista a la peña muy impresionante, por ser una "cabaña" siento que a las habitaciones les falta un frigobar por eso no doy 5 estrellas. La ubicación no es el centro de bernal pero es cerca; sin embargo para llegar al hotel caminando es una subida muy alta y si es cansado. The place is very nice, you have a very impressive view of the rock, because it is a "cabin" I feel that the rooms lack a refrigerator, that is why I do not give 5 stars. The location is not the center of Bernal but it is close; however, to get to the hotel on foot is a very high climb and if you are tired.

W	William Grimm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our 1 night here. The room felt like a cabin but as comfortable as a hotel. The bed was perfect, stiff BUT soft at the same time. Slept beautifully. We enjoyed the breakfast, though non-mexicans might not like having fried cheese tacos at 8am. It's only a short 5min walk to the plaza. The staff was nice as well and even went to the store for us. There's outside grills that you can use and each room/building has their own outdoor table/chairs and area.
