Zona Z Boutique Hotel - 48380 Puerto Vallarta

I didn't stay at the Hotel but went there multiple times during a recent trip for chiropractic work and a massage. Very professional and skilled staff with the upmost attention paid to the pain and stiffness I had from days of hiking around town with a heavy backpack. The work Dr. Andrews performed was the best chiropractic experience I have had, ever. 6/5 stars all day long. Cannot recommend enough.

I have been to Puerto Vallarta a few times and stayed at a range of options (AirBNB, hotels, luxury event homes, condos). I found Zona Z on a last minute weekend trip with my best friend. I wasn't expecting much. The place is great! The owner was available to open the hotel even though we arrived after the time due to a delayed flight. The room was well designed, the bed was deliciously comfortable. The outside balcony was great as I had a morning of work meetings and didn't want to disturb my friend. WiFi remained solid the entire weekend. The pool was a nice respite in the afternoon after lunch when we just wanted to read a book. The hotel is up a hill to the beaches. The easiest way down and up is the trolley (tip the driver!) which lets you out right by the beach. There is great food, bars and coffee all nearby, as well as pharmacies if you forgot your suntan lotion, need an ibuprofen or anything else. The hotel is incredibly responsive and friendly. I will definitely stay there in my next trip!

Siggy was super helpful, letting us check in early so we didn't have to haul suitcases around the Romantic Zone. You can tell they put a lot of thought into this hotel. It's cute and clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Up on a hill so much less of the late night street festivities and their attendant noise if you need to get up early, still very close to the heart of the beach and the heart of the action. Don't miss the Skybar in the Residences across the street for some really nice views of the bay.

Cute boutique hotel for weekend stay. Small pool & shared courtyard. Close to everything, very clean, great comfortable beds!

Dr. Marc is a treasure. He is a gifted and intuitive healer with a combination of incredible technical expertise ( he's both a chiropractor and a physical therapist) and a warm and genuine persona. My hips and back were severely out of whack after a stressful few weeks. Marc calmly and professionally put me through a thorough stretching and trigger point activation to demine what was causing the pain and to treat it. He then performed perfectly executed adjustments on a drop table( it's a great adjustment for those like me who do not respond to side rolls). By the time I left I was back to an almost normal gait, after hobbling in there. So run -- don't walk -- to get the wonderful care Dr. Marc offers. If you can't run, after a few treatments you will be. I'm going back in a week with my partner who also needs care. Such a delight to have encountered such a talented and positive spirit .And a vacation in paradise is SO much more fun when you are pain free.

Our room lovely. The host was very accomodating. The hotel is at the top of the hill, but there is a very nice staircase and a funicular that can take you up and down (although the funicular stops running at 10 pm).

Our first stay in PV. Was perfect location to beach, restaurants and convient stores. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was friendly! Just be sure to not close the patio door all the way as it locks on you. Shower was tricky for water temp control. Otherwise everything was great. Definitely would stay here again.
