★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal, en una ocasión lleve a mi perro me dijeron que ya no tenía solución y lo iban a sedar, lleve a mi perro a otra veterinaria y ya se encuentra bien.
Aparte del mal servicio cobran mucho dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada más porque no le puedo poner 0 estrellas, de verdad qué deficiente servicio, lo lleve dos veces y la segunda no se porque lo lleve enserio, y las dos veces lo tuve llevar a otro lado despues porque mi perro casi se moría y no mejoraba, caro en comparación a otros lugares con mejor servicio, la disque doctora nunca esta y la segunda vez que lo lleve no estaba y le estaba dando indicaciones por WhatsApp a su asistente, osea que falta de profesionalismo atender a un perro no personalmente como deje que lo inyectará alguien x sin conocimiento de verdad que pena, la señora ni siquiera los revisa nada más los medio ve les toma la temperatura ya porque de verdad y no lo evalua correctamente, en serio NO LLEVEN SUS MSCOTAS ALLÍ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son los mejores Veterinarios que puedan encontrar en Querétaro, con calidad humana y concientes respecto a los costos, no ven a tú mascota como un negocio (aunque lo es) sino, con la calidad humana que merecen nuestras mascotas, estoy muy agradecida siempre con ellos, insisto SON LOS MEJORES EN QUERÉTARO. Y lo digo con conocimiento, nunca nadie ha tratado a mis ROTTWEILER con cariño y respeto como ellos. ¡Gracias! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado donde llevan a sus mascotas, en este lugar me dijeron que mi perrito ya no tenía solución alguna, que se me moriría, jamás le hicieron un estudio donde saliera que tenía esa enfermedad letal que ellos me dijeron... Aparte de sus costos elevados que tienen... Bueno, yo no me di por vencida y fui a otra veterinaria muy buena (por cierto) y muy económico ahí fue la mejor atención que ha recibido Bobby ya que hoy mi perrito anda muy feliz ?. Siempre verifiquen a donde los llevan. Saludos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal la atención que brindan,la doctora atiende solo vía WhatsApp,el supuesto doctor que está ahí no tiene ni idea,me cobraron carísimo y no le hicieron nada a mi perrito, no saben ni dar un diagnóstico certero,lo tuve que llevar con una veterinaria que si tiene ética profesional y si ayuda a los animalitos.ahí solo buscan la forma de sacar más dinero.
NO LLEVEN A SUS MASCOTAS AHÍ
