Recently had my wedding at 16TULUM, and I loved it!. Alex and Laura are the best host. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return to this private villa. My family and close friends had a blast here. My wedding pictures came out beautiful the location was perfect.

Because of the in house chef it was amazing ? the place has its quirks...all in all lovely intimate space and private. Each room has a tiny dipping pool or hammock. Security there and the full staff made it a great stay. Special thanks to our pal Justin back in Holland. ?

We spent a dream week at 16Tulum and I will try to explain best what made our stay a real enchantment ! First of all, we were surprised by the spacious of the property. The design is incredible, a true haven of peace in a sublime décor and architecture ! The beds are ultra comfortable, the rooms are huge and all amenities in the bathrooms are organic. We were a group of friends of 16 people from Paris, we came to Tulum to share good times after lockdown in Europe. The space is ideally cut between separate rooms and common living areas (kitchen, swimming pool, garden...) where we spent the most of our time chilling together ! All the staff of the house was very careful: super manager for super welcome, discreet night watchman. The staff did everything at our request : reservations at the best restaurants on the beach, booking excursions, private yoga classes at the villa, massages at the villa, chef at home some evenings... extraordinary moments ! Finally, to conclude, I would say that I never had such a complete experience during a stay abroad. The professionalism of the staff and the beauty of the villa clearly made us live a break in paradise!! Thank you 16Tulum for this amazing week ! We will definitely be back !

We stayed here a few months ago with our wedding party and everything was amazing. Julia promptly responded to my email prior to arriving and arranged transportation for us each day, made recommendations for day clubs and dinner, and arranged a private chef for our first night along with stocking and restocking the refrigerator for us. She answered all of my texts and was seriously so sweet. We had a security guard every night that made us feel really safe. The place is gorgeous and it was so nice that all of our guest had their own suite with a private bathroom and outdoor space. If I were to come back to Tulum with a large group I would definitely stay at 16Tulum again. Thank you for your hospitality!

I stayed here Sept 18-22nd of September. I saw the pictures and thought it would be an exceptional place to rent for my bday. When we arrived we noticed that it's located in rare area, which was ok. When we entered the Villa, it was beautiful just like the photos, but later on things started to change. First, our entire stay we didn't have hot water. Now I paid almost $10,000 and we didn't have hot water. None of the rooms had hot water. Secondly, while we were cooking, a huge rat came in the kitchen area then ran back behind one of the stands. I reached out to the booking agent Delaney and Kristie who looks over the house. Kristie reassured me that they later found the rat, which I didn't believe, and discarded it. Everyday we complained about the water and nothing was done. Besides the rat, no hot water and no televisions, the Villa was great.

you could not ask for a better place to stay in Tulum. From the staff, to the architecture, to the most comfortable beds–this place was everything and more. Can't wait to return x

This how was perfect! We had a large group for business and this property is more like a private compound with so much space that everyone had their privacy. The architecture and decorating is beautiful and modern. It is as nice as the pictures and even more impressive in real life! The chef, Diego, was amazing and Christina was so nice and helpful. The house is hard to find at first, so be prepared to look for landmarks. Thank you for a great stay!
