Les dejé una camioneta para diagnóstico y cotización, cuando la entregué me dijeron que en 48 hrs me mandaban dicha info, sin embargo, pasaron SEIS DÍAS para que me mandaran la cotización, y de esos seis días, mi pareja y yo tuvimos que estar marcando durante tres días para que por fin se dignaran a mandar el presupuesto. Su "excusa" fue que, según ellos, mi número lo tenían mal, lo cual es un sin sentido porque LES ESTUVE LLAMANDO A CADA PERRO RATO, así como también mi pareja les dio su número por si era un problema con mi celular (y no fue problema de mi cel). Y cuando la recogí ni siquiera había alguien que me explicara el diagnóstico, simplemente me dieron las llaves y bye. La neta si para un simple diagnóstico se les tuvo que arrear como ganado por casi una semana, ni ganas me quedaron de dejarles mi camioneta para arreglarla. No pierdan su tiempo yendo con ellos. Terrible service. I left them a van for diagnosis and quotation, when I delivered it they told me that in 48 hours they would send me this information, however, it took SIX DAYS for them to send me the quotation, and of those six days, my partner and I had to be dialing for three days to finally deign to send the budget. Their "excuse" was that, according to them, they had my number wrong, which is nonsense because I WAS CALLING THEM EVERY TIME DOG, as well as my partner gave them his number in case it was a problem with my cell phone (and it was not my cell problem). And when I picked it up there wasn't even someone to explain the diagnosis to me, they just gave me the keys and bye. The net if for a simple diagnosis they had to be herded like cattle for almost a week, I had no desire to leave my truck to fix it. Don't waste your time going with them.
