★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísima atención por uno de los chicos que atiende el lugar, siempre voy a comprar mi garrafon de Agua ahí, por que el el lugar mas cercano para hacerlo, el chico siempre busca un pretexto para no querermelo vender, que si tiene mal olor, que si no tiene sello, la verdad en lo último que me fijo al comprar mi agua es en eso, y si tuvieran alguna política a la vista sobre el supuesto sello, probablemente pondría un poco mas de atención en ese detalle.
Me da mucho coraje por que es en el único lugar que lo compro, deberían de revisar muy bien el producto cuando lo reciben, así nos evitarían la pena de vivir una pésima experiencia en este lugar y en particular con este joven.

It gives me a lot of courage because it is the only place I buy it, they should review the product very well when they receive it, so they would avoid the pain of living a terrible experience in this place and in particular with this young man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta vez y nuevamente el encargado o supervisor de esta tienda de conveniencia. ..muy sangron y déspota ...fui a comprar un garrafon bonafon. ..y aseguró que mi garrafon olía a miados de perro. Cuando por lo regular estoy comprando de a uno cada 2'3dias. Y no me lo vendió y para no discutir o romperle la cara preferí ir al OXXO en donde fueron más amables que él y lo compré. Y dirijiendome a mi casa con mi garrafon de bonafon . Como consejo, se más amable .

When I'm usually buying one by one every 2'3days. And he didn't sell it to me and in order not to argue or break his face I preferred to go to the OXXO where they were kinder than he was and I bought it. And heading home with my bonaphon jug. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia ahora recuerdo por qué ya no vengo a comprar ...es una de las tiendas más visitadas ...por desgracia el nefasto, déspota y arrogante personal que hay hace que nadie quiera volver a la tienda ... Es una pena que los supervisores no se den una vuelta ... Las últimas mujeres cajeras que están ahí son de pésimo servicio una por joven y la otra por adulta ...o si les pagan tal vez más serían mejor su actitud. No está limpio y tampoco estan las 24 hrs. Llevo viendo por la colonia 8 años urge que el dueño se de una vuelta.

If is convenient for them one day they will accept your dollars,the other day they dont and usually will explain that they don't have enough cash ,although there is no any sign saying that.
They need to follow what they advertise.
They don't apologize for situation like that but just being rude and trying to put problem under carpet rather than resolving.Couple months ago it was big issue when they don't return change(again no enough cash)
Training and more training,respect for clients,they make your business going on.
