★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lush tropical jungle setting where the house is located is actually quite amazing, it even has a lime tree growing in the back! You can just walk to 5th Avenue any time. It's in a gated community that security guards frequently patrol, so it's very safe. There is a super tiny pool out in front that is open to anyone wanting to take a chance, I have seen a dog drink out of it & halfway sit in it already, but the pool guy comes almost daily to clean it. The roof is nice with a shaded hammock & some chairs. You can hear tropical birds and spot big rodent creatures eating nuts & fallen fruits.
