Friendly, comfy, tasty and vegan options to boot. The staff is lovely, they offer a variety of coffees, teas and plant based milk in addition to a lovely mushroom sandwich - we ask to take off cheese and add spinach. They also offer fruit and grain bowls with plant milk. The chill street side cafe with music and a fan were just what we wanted! The chilies offered on the side were a perfect accompaniment. We’ll be back here again. And again.

Great place for breakfast; choices include eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, latte, cappuccino… Reasonable prices, good service.

I usually don’t write any recommendations but that breakfast experience was totally unsatisfying. The worst was our waitress. She was that unhappy and unfriendly, didn’t really speak a word, didn’t recommend any thing and after serving a wrong order twice she gave us a feeling of us being wrong not her at all. I cannot understand how you can be that unfriendly to customers if a smile is a for free. The food was okay even though the sandwich was a bit salty and the frappuccino with almond milk was a disaster! We would not recommend this place at all!

After trying several other popular suggestions in the area for breakfast, we stopped at the A Mar Cafe. This place immediately became our favorite breakfast restaurant on the island. They roast their own coffee and the flavor is absolutely delicious. Their foods were equally up to the task with deep and rich flavors. We tried the red and green chilaquiles, pancakes as well as their pasillo Huevos Rancheros which were some of the best huevos rancheros I've had in my life. Highly recommend this place!
