Abrimar II Fishing Tour - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

Mario is the best guide there is! Try the romantic dinner cruise. We got lobster at sunset, reasonable price, amazing service, highlight of the Cozumel trip. And thats saying a lot because my Cozumel trip was amazing! Its my favorite place in the world!

My wife and I both had a great experience for a reasonable price! Captian Mario was very helpful to work with on scheduling and details for our charter. His crew of Oscar and Frank were very accommodating in making sure we had a good time. We went deep sea fishing and they put us on the fish very quickly! After we caught enough fish we went snorkeling on some beautiful reefs and got to play with the stingrays!

A wonderful experience front to back! Booked a four hour snorkeling tour with Abrimar II after reading about them on Reddit and couldn't be happier! Mario was helpful and accommodating with setting everything up, then we were off on our tour with our wonderful captain Frank and our awesome guide Jonathan! Both of them were fun and knowledgeable, and took us to a bunch of amazing places while mostly dodging the cruise-day crowds, and even cooked up a delicious lunch! My brothers and I truly had the time of our lives!

We went fishing with Captain Mario and First Mate Frank today and have to say we had the best experience ever. We did the morning reef fishing for four hours. Mario asked if we would like to snorkel on a reef that was close to the Marina on our way home. We excitedly said yes. Even though our 4 hours were up he said “ I have no afternoon fishing trip booked today and would love for us to see the reef”. We snorkeled for an hour on an amazing reef and then went back to the Marina where Mario cooled up all the fish right at his dock area. He is an amazing cooked up grilled snapper, freah guacamole, ceviche (our fish also) and grilled vegetablesand tortillas!! We loved the whole day. I’m sure he can’t offer all that to all customers but I would hugely recommend this adventure to all who want a wonderful experience!

Mario!!!! The best fishing trips I've been on. Yes, trips... had so much fun fishing with Mario that we went two times. Perfect size boat for fishing and snorkeling. The Wahoo (40lbs) was my biggest catch so far. Mario is extremely knowledgeable, he explained about the "tagging of smaller fish". I like that he was able to take us snorkeling after long morning of fishing. The suprise was that he cleaned the fish for us and cooked it. Coming back in May for more fishing!!!

Awesome day on the water with Mario and Oscar. Mario was very professional and we caught quite a few fish. The best part was Mario made the trip fun. He was working to get us fish plus making sure we were enjoying ourselves. We would definitely recommend The Abrimar II and would rebook on a return to Cozumel!!

One of the best snorkeling experiences my group and I did on our trip to Mexico! Mario and Jonathan were very easy to communicate with and we had a great time with them. We snorkeled the beautiful reefs of Cozumel and ended the trip with some fish tacos cooked by Mario! Wished we snorkeled longer but we were in a time crunch! Definitely recommend this tour 1000%. You will not be disapppointed.

Mario and Frank took me on a snorkeling trip that I will never forget. They went above and beyond to make the experience great. We visited 3 reefs and I saw a manta ray and 2 sea turtles! We also saw tons of starfish. Mario provided a delicious lunch with drinks in the boat and we ate with sting rays swimming around us. The boat was clean and safe and the guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I respect Mario for being careful to obey restrictions that maintain the heath of the reef and marine life. Mario and Frank were friendly but weren’t overly talkative(which I find annoying sometimes with guided tours) but told me interesting facts and answered all my questions and me tourist tips. Next time we’re in Cozumel we are going fishing and snorkeling with Mario. I can’t wait!
