En nuestras instalaciones contamos con alrededor de 10,000 ejemplares de más de 300 especies entre las que destacan tiburones, rayas, medusas, peces de arrecife, tortugas, cocodrilos, entre muchas más; las cuales se podrán apreciar a lo largo de 11 zonas de exhibición con un sistema de soporte de vida capaz de filtrar diariamente más de 22 millones de litros de agua proveniente del Golfo de México, como también una área especializada para supervisar, alimentar, preservar y reproducir a las especies conformada por biólogos, veterinarios, agricultores e ingenieros.
Entre las principales causas de apoyo por parte de Ventura Entertainment se encuentran la restauración de corales, el programa de control del pez león en el Caribe Mexicano, la conservación de la tortuga marina, el programa de protección de lobo marino del Mar Cortés y la limpieza de las costas de la Riviera Maya.
